A man from Maple Valley received the surprise of a lifetime when he found out he had won $100,000 from the Powerball drawing on June 29.

Maple Valley 출신의 한 남자는 그의 인생에서 놀랄만한 순간을 맞이했다. 바로 그가 6월 29일에 추첨한 파워볼 복권에서 $100,000에 당첨된 것이다.

“When I scanned my ticket and saw the prize amount, I couldn’t believe my eyes. Neither could the employee who was helping me. He had to scan the ticket again and then another employee came over to see what was going on.” – said the winner.

"티켓을 스캔하고 상금을 봤을때 내 눈을 믿지 못했다. 나를 도와주었던 옆에 직원도  마찬가지였다. 그는 티켓을 다시 스캔하였고 다른 직원까지 와서 어떻게된 일인지 지켜보았다." 고 당첨자는 말했다.

The winner told Lottery officials he drove straight to the Washington’s Lottery Federal Way Regional Office to claim his prize, but has been in too much shock to think about what he plans to do with the money. That’s why he decided to simply put the money on his bank account for now.

당첨자는 당첨금 수령을 위해 직접 복권국 사무소로 갔고 당첨금을 어떻게 사용할지에 대해서는 현재의 기쁨과 충격으로 다른 생각을 해본적이 없어 일단은 은행계좌에 넣어 보관 할 것이라고 전했다.
